What if I need to add/take some items during the storage period?

As we don't provide the access to the units, there are two ways: 1. We can arrange for a crew to pick up or deliver the items. 2. Schedule a time to come to our warehouse to retrieve them.

How do I pay for the storage?

Storage fees are charged from your card on a month to month basis, starting from the date you moved your items in. If you need your things before your paid month ends, there is no prorating to days. If you move your items in on January 15th, your first payment will be on January 15th for the period of January 15th to February 14th. Your next payment will be due on February 15th for the period of February 15th to March 14th, and so on.

Can you store food?

Unfortunately, we cannot store food items at our Flash Moving storage facility. This is due to safety and sanitation concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What will happen if I have more or less things on the move day? Can you provide a larger or smaller unit or will I have to pay for the quoted unit size?

No, you will not necessarily have to pay for the quoted unit size if you need to add or reduce items during the move. Flash Moving can update your storage unit size to a smaller or larger one as needed after loading is complete. We also have space for oversized items to accommodate your changing storage needs.

Can you store antique items (paintings, pictures etc.)?

Yes, our storage facility is suitable for storing valuable antiques, including paintings, pictures, and other delicate items. However, they should be properly packed and should not require humidity control. We have temperature control and security measures, but not the climate control.
