As we don't provide the access to the units, there are two ways: 1. We can arrange for a crew to pick up or deliver the items. 2. Schedule a time to come to our warehouse to retrieve them.

Storage fees are charged from your card on a month to month basis, starting from the date you moved your items in. Your next payment will be due on February 15th for the period of February 15th to March 14th, and so on.

No, you will not necessarily have to pay for the quoted unit size if you need to add or reduce items during the move.
