What is an hourly rate?
We offer hourly rates for movers in boston. Cost is calculated in the estimate, and it includes the delivery of a clean truck, the necessary equipment for assembling and disassembling furniture, and premium packaging materials. We do not charge the customer additional payments for gasoline, transport and road fees, taxes, or commissions. The cost of our moving company service is only $15 per hour.
What is travel time?
Prices for moving do not include the time it takes for our team to get to the property. This period will be additionally calculated and added to the estimated cost, about which we notify the customer in advance.
What is working time?
The working time that the customer needs to pay includes the time it takes to provide the service, as well as the time it takes our crew to get from our parking lot to the facility and back.
Service payment methods
We accept cash in dollars, as well as paychecks and any type of credit or debit card. Please note that when paying by bank transfer, we withhold an additional commission of 3%.
Is a deposit required?
So that our customer does not refuse the service when we have already sent a truck to him, when placing an order, we ask him for a small amount of a deposit to our account, which can be paid both in cash and by bank transfer. If the customer suddenly refuses the service, we withhold the deposit amount, and these conditions are specified in the contract.
Additional terms
Our moving company in Massachusetts notifies customers that the minimum turnaround time is 3 hours. If less time is spent on the provision of the service, the tariff is calculated individually, with an hourly payment, which is adjusted every 15 minutes of work.
What discounts are there for regular customers?
If you are a permanent customer of our company, you must indicate this in the application. Depending on the number of contracts previously signed with you, our manager will offer you special conditions.
