Moving a one- or two-bedroom apartment usually takes one day. During this time our staff will do all the work described above – from collecting your belongings at your previous location to arranging them in their new location.
If you are moving from a three- to four-bedroom apartment, we may need two days to complete all the work. On the first day we will assemble your belongings, pack them safely so that nothing will be damaged in transit. On the second day we will move your belongings and arrange them.
This is a tentative term, as it all depends on the amount of items and the required additional services (assembly/disassembly of furniture), assembly/disassembly of interior items, and so on. Usually the work in a one-room apartment is carried out by two to four people; in two-room – from three to six people; in many-room – from six to 10 people.
We precisely plan all the future work and agree with you. If necessary, we will bring boxes, tape, and other packing materials a few days before the event so you can pack without our involvement. - The overall price will be calculated based on the number of movers and trucks required, the actual time spent on the job, and a fixed travel time fee for the round trip to your location plus any materials or additional services required.
- Moving blankets for furniture protection are included in our service and will be collected at the end of the move. Other packing materials like tape, shrink, different boxes, mattress covers etc are charged additionally or might be provided by the client.
- For local moves (less than 50 miles), there is no extra charge for fuel, which many companies include additionally.
